File Uploading Guide
Getting your videos onto your Rumiorb is simple. Follow these steps to connect and upload your files:
Connecting Your Device
Included USB Cable: Your Rumiorb comes with a standard USB cable for connecting to laptops and computers.
USB-C Compatibility: The Rumiorb also works with USB-C, so you can connect directly to most modern iPhone and Android devices directly! It can also connect to most older Apple devices with a USB-C to Lightning Cable.
Accessing the Rumiorb Drive
- Connect your Rumiorb to your laptop or phone using the cable.
- Open your device’s File Manager (e.g., Finder on Mac, File Explorer on Windows, or Files app on mobile).
- Locate Rumiorb's drive; it should be untitled and contain a videos folder
Uploading Videos
- Open the Videos folder on the Rumiorb drive.
- Drag and drop (or copy and paste) your video files into this folder.
- Once the transfer is complete, safely eject the Rumiorb before disconnecting the cable.
That’s it! Your videos are now uploaded and ready to play on your Rumiorb. If your videos aren't showing up, don't worry - for new users, it's often a formatting issue with a quick fix.
